Does anyone have any plans for building a starting gate? Just a suggestion If your just building it for practice make 2 starting gates each with 2 gates I have made some in the past and I learned on the first one (a 4 gate) that it is really heavy and hard to haul around as well You can make two gates like this and design it with a coupler to tie the 2 starting gates together Good luck 👍 It's a 12 man gate and used about $300 in materials It's quite a bit more simple than most of the gates you see but it does the job Basicly you have an inner pipe that everything slides on The gates slide over the inner pipe and pivot on it The T's that lift the gates slide over the inner pipe and have a bolt you tighten
